Meridian Supply Co. is a trading name of Meridian Supply Corp Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17408959. Registered office: 6a Balfour Court, Leyland, England, PR25 2TF. It is responsible for the information you send through this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, company if supplied, email address, phone number if supplied, product or material requirement, quantity, delivery date, postcode, message and any file you choose to attach. We also process technical information needed to protect the form from abuse.
Why we use it
We use this information to review your requirement, respond to you and manage the resulting business conversation. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without a separate basis.
Who processes it
The website is hosted by Vercel. Enquiry details and private attachments are stored with Supabase. Resend sends the enquiry notification email. Cloudflare Turnstile will process technical information to protect the form when its security check is enabled. These providers process information only to deliver those services.
How long we keep it
Completed enquiry records and attachments are kept only as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, including applicable record keeping obligations. Unfinished submissions and their files are scheduled for removal after at least 24 hours.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information held about you, subject to applicable legal requirements. Email enquiries@meridian-supply.co.uk and explain that your message concerns privacy.

This site uses essential technical functions and cookieless website analytics. The enquiry form may use Cloudflare Turnstile for security when enabled. Non-essential marketing trackers are not used. See our cookie policy.
